REQUIREMENTS /INFORMATION FOR CONTRACTORS
The following requirements apply to all contractors when performing work in the Traditions development with exception of work contracted by homeowners to be done inside their dwelling, garage or property line.
The primary contractor or builder is responsible for conveying these requirements to any sub-contractor and assuring their compliance.
PRIOR TO THE START OF CONSTRUCTION, WHICH INCLUDES SITE WORK, REMOVAL OF TREES PLANTINGS ETC , THE CONTRACTOR MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIRMENTS:
- Licensed to work in Warren County and insured.
- Building permit in place where required.
- Approval by the Traditions Architectural Review Committee. (ARC).

APPLICABLE COVENANTS & RESTRICTIONS (C & Rs):
Article VIII of the C & Rs applies to all building in Traditions. Most common requirements:
- Section 8.5: Builders shall maintain a neat construction site, and regularly remove trash, clippings, debris, from the site, and keep adjacent streets free and clear of mud, trash and debris.
- No construction materials shall be placed on adjacent lots. Any damage or destruction of the adjacent yard, turf, sidewalk etc must be repaired by the builder.
- Stormwater retention and drainage must conform to plans approved by the Warren Cty Planning Commission and Bowling Green Public Works. (8.6)
- Construction must be completed in one year. (8.4)

Mailbox purchase and installation is the responsibility of the builder. Per our C and Rs, the mailbox must be in keeping with others on the street. The units are available through Signature Signs, 1736 31-W Bypass.
