Protection of our stormwater basins and parks is a high priority for Traditions. The basins are stocked with fish and provide pleasant areas for walking and recreation.
Controlling runoff into ponds via street catch basins is important and contractors have a responsibility to install retention to prevent chemicals, mud and trash from entering the stormwater basin. When a contractor fails to apply adequate retention to prevent debris from entering the storm drains, the city will be contacted for enforcement and possible fines.
Traditions also reserves the right to deny ARC approval to builders who continually disregard retention requirements.
